For people wanting some clarification on a key aspect of their legal services, Senior Lawyer at Hadley Family Law, Sybilla Francis, says first and foremost it’s important for parents to be aware and gain reassurance from the underlying principles of family law in Australia, that both parents are important in their children lives; and understand that there’s a great onus in achieving equality in that regard. Today there is a larger emphasis on the caring and sharing of responsibilities of children.
We offer sound advice to our prospective clients, considering at all times that every client is an individual, each with their own unique circumstances. Sybilla’s wealth of experience in the UK and Australia also enables her to extend her services to international clients, and can advise people on Australian and British Jurisdictions. She is an accredited specialist in the latter jurisdiction.
At Hadley Law the key focus to achieving outcomes for clients comes from a commitment to continuing legal education, client guidance and to the community.
